Starting today, April 4th at the Artisphere in Arlington, VA, my first month long moving projection commission begins. The piece will span 30 days, every day being a different variation of the same theme. Every visitor during the month will experience something different. Contact the Artisphere for hours as the piece will be looping throughout the day.

This weekend I started working on a little documentary project with Christopher Puzio. We started out at his install of two pieces at the County Medical Examiner’s building. Today was the final phase of the last six months of all his hard work to finally be installed. Both look incredible and video to come later this year.
Little aside I learned today about the ME building, I hear there is a huge rooftop patio that’s really nice on top of the building. It’s said there’s no furniture or anything up there. Why you may wonder, it’s because they need extra room if there’s a sudden large amount of deaths. Morbid but interesting.
A handful of local contributors pitched in on the effort to capture Sezio’s Four Day Weekend, really too many to name. If you lumped all the coverage from photos to video to sound…you’d be overwhelmed with music. Pitchfork ran the Dodos piece on Tunnelvision yesterday, hit the image below to check it out.
Check out all the videos here and all the photo coverage here.
The work of Matt Pyke / Universal Everything has always been stunning and an inspiration.
This past Thursday, the video I directed for Viernes “Liquid Tunnel” went up on iTunes for purchase. Yes, you can see it for free on my Vimeo here, in HD, but it’s cool to see this for purchase in the iTunes store. Let’s hope it makes me billions.
